Refunds
All sales are final, we do not issue refunds. Please contact us at irecandlecompany@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at irecandlecompany@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will assist customers in filing a claim for damaged or stolen packages. We are not responsible for packages that were not received but marked as delivered.
Exchanges & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace any products that are defective or have been damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to irecandlecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
